White walls, tons of natural light, a roll-up warehouse door that opens for airflow and photos, and a full kitchenette make it easy to bring any vision to life. Our venue comfortably accommodates up to 70 guests — perfect for intimate celebrations and private events!
To ensure we comply with our insurance and licensing requirements, we have opted to remain an alcohol-free facility. We also take pride in being a family-friendly venue. To maintain this welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages, we ask that no alcoholic beverages be brought onto the premises. While we don't permit alcohol, we’d be happy to recommend some amazing local vendors who specialize in gourmet mocktails, craft sodas, and artisan coffee bars.

We don't allow live DJs, but no need to worry — we've got you covered!
We provide Bluetooth speakers so you can stream your favorite playlist and set the perfect vibe for your event. We do ask that music be kept at a reasonable level out of respect for the surrounding area.
Yes, there is ample parking available at The Event Project. We have parking spaces at the front and back of the venue.
To reserve your date, you must pay a deposit equal to 50% of the price of the package you are selecting. The remaining balance will be due no later than 14 days before your event.
We totally get it — sometimes the fun just keeps going! If you happen to go over your scheduled rental time, additional hours are available at $200 per hour. We just ask that you give us a heads up so we can do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
We know life can be unpredictable, and we appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible! All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to inquire@theevent-project.com and will need to be acknowledged in writing by our team to be considered official.
Just a heads up — your initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations received less than 14 days before your event date are not eligible for a refund, and the remaining balance will still be due in full. Thank you for understanding — we're always here to work with you the best we can!
Absolutely, yes! Our space is perfect for photo and video shoots! Whether you're looking for a clean, cozy backdrop for portraits, content creation, or a full production shoot, we'd love to host you. Reach out to us to check availability and let's make it happen!
Absolutely! We love seeing how our clients make the space their own. Just keep in mind that the following items are not permitted:
Balloons are welcome — just make sure they're removed at the end of your event.
Please note that nothing may be nailed, stapled, or taped to any surface, including tables and chairs.

Set-up and teardown are the responsibility of the client. We want to make sure you have plenty of time to get everything just right, so we recommend planning accordingly within your booked time slot.

We don't have a dedicated event coordinator on site, but don't worry — our team is always nearby and happy to help make sure everything runs smoothly!
